Are you an aspiring rugby player between 17-19 years old? This is your chance to train like a pro with SEABELO SENATLA. Sign up to be one of 25 players invited to A DAY AS A PRO on 15th March 2025 in Welkom, Free State.

Experience a full day of training as a professional rugby player. We're talking explosive drills, a session in the gym, expert nutrition and some of South Africa's top coaches to put you through your paces. It won't be easy!
