TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Glory Wine
Introduction
Welcome to GLORY WINES. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of wine products through our website [www.glorywine.africa] and outline the rights and obligations of both the buyer and the seller.
Age Restriction
Alcohol is not for sale to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse the sale if the proof is not satisfactory.
Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. An order confirmation email will be sent after purchase – this is an acknowledgment of receipt only, and not legal acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil an order at our reasonable discretion.
Price and Payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Prices may change at the discretion of Glory Wine, without prior notice. Payment is required in full at checkout. Standard shipping charges apply.
Delivery
Delivery is available within South Africa only. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days, but delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Cancellations and Returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving returned goods.
Quality Assurance
If your wine is corked or faulty, notify us within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage relating to the use of our products. Glory Wine is not responsible for any action or consequence resulting from alcohol consumption. Glory Wine’s liability is limited to the product purchase price.
Privacy and Law
See our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and protect data. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in South African courts.

By using the website or placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any related policies. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without notice.
Products and Orders
All products shown are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion. Once you place an order and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation. This order confirmation is acknowledgment only and does not serve as legal acceptance to fulfil the order.
Delivery
Delivery fees and times vary depending on your location. Delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, external courier issues, or force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) are beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage once the order has been delivered to the address provided, including acceptance by third parties.
Returns and Exchanges
Items may not be exchanged. You may request a refund and return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving returned goods, and at the discretion of Glory Garb upon inspection and approval.
Exclusions
Sale items and custom-made garments cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are not eligible for refund.
Refunds
Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, except as required by South African law. All products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any care instructions provided.
Governing Law

SS Foundation
Welcome to SS Foundation. By engaging with our platform you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to promote transparency, accountability, and alignment with our mission.
Donations
We gratefully accept donations from individuals, companies, and other organisations that support our mission. Receipts for donations are available upon request.
We are currently working toward obtaining a Section 18A certificate, which will make qualifying donations tax-deductible in South Africa. Donors are responsible for ensuring that their payment and contact details are accurate at the time of donation.
All donations go toward procuring sports equipment and resources for community programmes; organising development-focused events and outreach initiatives; and covering operational costs needed to run and expand our efforts. We are committed to using funds responsibly and will provide regular updates on our programmes via social media and through our website.
Refund Policy
We strive to be transparent and fair in all transactions. Donations are final and non-refundable unless an administrative error occurred. Event-related payments (if applicable) are only refundable in the case of event cancellation by SS Foundation.
Consultants & Volunteers
We collaborate with consultants, service providers, and volunteers on a flexible, project-by-project basis. All consultants sign engagement terms before commencing any work.
Volunteers are expected to act with professionalism, uphold our values, and adhere to codes of conduct set by SS Foundation.
Partnerships & Sponsorships
We welcome interest from organisations and individuals who align with our mission. There are currently no formal sponsorship or partnership agreements in place. All collaborations are reviewed and approved in writing by the Foundation.
Events & Campaigns
SS Foundation hosts events and campaigns that reflect our commitment to social development through sport. Participation terms – including entry requirements, schedules, and safety guidelines – will be shared with participants ahead of each event. Participants are responsible for their own transport, punctuality, and conduct.
SS Foundation may cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety, or logistical challenges and will communicate changes in writing to relevant parties.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy matters to us. We collect only essential personal data (such as contact and payment information) to manage donations, communicate event updates, and improve your experience. Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
Intellectual Property
All SS Foundation materials – including branding, photos, videos, and programme content – are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
